THE FIRST FRENCH HOUSE OF THE GRAPE FOR THE COCKTAIL
ÉDITIONS VYNE is a publishing house of a new kind: it puts France’s winegrowing heritage at the service of a cocktail world in constant motion. Each edition draws on the richness of French vineyards: their terroirs, their grape varieties and their savoir-faire, to create new expressions of the grape made for the bar.
Verjus, wines, vermouths, champagne, liqueurs, juices, syrups, eaux-de-vie, distillates… the collection is set to grow and evolve with the uses, the inspirations and the creativity of the cocktail.
Because the grape naturally holds the whole grammar: Sour, Sweet, Strong; acidity, sweetness, alcoholic structure. One single raw material. Thousands of grape varieties and terroirs. A collection made to grow.
THE FOUNDERS
LILI DE MONTAL
At Château Arton in Lectoure, in Armagnac, Lili inherits a culture of innovation. In 1986 her father-in-law Patrick de Montal created Fine Blanche®, the first expression of what would become Blanche Armagnac, opening a new path for an entire industry: the cocktail. Forty years on, Lili carries that intuition across the vineyards of France.
JÉRÉMY LAUILHÉ
Meilleur Ouvrier de France Barman 2023, Jérémy Lauilhé stands for a demanding vision of the cocktail, grounded in the provenance of ingredients and in championing French spirits. That search leads him naturally to the vineyard, one of France’s greatest agricultural heritages, where winegrowing know-how keeps inspiring tomorrow’s ingredients.
PARTNER VINEYARDS: the grape experts are the growers
Every vineyard holds a singular expertise: that of its terroir, its grape varieties and its savoir-faire.
ÉDITIONS VYNE builds on that expertise to develop new expressions of the grape with the grower, then gives them a genuine cocktail application through the know-how of the bar.
Wine, verjus, juice, liqueur, syrup, vermouth, eau-de-vie, distillate or alcohol-free expression: every creation starts from what the vineyard does best.
